My wife and I arrived at 830PM, 4 1/2 hours after our check in time and we were told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for some time. It seems to be common theme in reading the reviews and seeing first hand that check-in is a nightmare. I will document the consistent garabge in the elevators, hallways and lobby in my next post. Your coffee shop is by far the BEST run operation in the house! Great job girls - fast and hot (just the way I like it). Your sportsbook bartenders are poorly trained.
Hourly checking of elevators, hallway and lobby for garbage. Please Ocean, we love you! Hire someone to develop SOP (standard operating procedure) to clean the public areas and rooms. The room rugs are so dirty they need to be replaced. Imagine as you first enter the hallway - and all you see are bags upon bags of dirt laundry! Bad idea. Some dope even thought it was a good idea for the room cleaning staff to line the halls with bags of dirty linens. Ocean is in big trouble if it does not correct its cleaning issues ASAP! Ocean lacks formal procedures for cleaning.
The Ocean Resort Casino 'Ocean' is the nicest property in Atlantic City, by far.
